Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead daily warehouse operations with safety and efficiency as top priorities. The role requires at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity within distribution/transportation, plus strong people leadership and customer service skills.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and performance, while ensuring accurate data, payroll, and compliance with Capstone policies.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Experience supervising warehouse employees including hiring, training, and termination.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• BS/BA degree or associate degree with equivalent experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
• Creation of daily work logs and transmission of same to corporate.
• Audit of daily labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily.
• Ensure all associates follow Capstone policies and work rules including safety rules.
