Job summary

S&S Activewear is seeking a Senior Safety Manager to provide regional leadership for health and safety across 5–10 distribution centers. You will implement corporate safety strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety excellence through proactive risk reduction. Reporting to the Sr.

Director of Safety, you will mentor site personnel and travel to locations as needed. The role requires strategic execution, performance analysis across sites, audits, incident investigations, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of EH&S leadership experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics or similar.
• At least 3 years managing safety programs across multiple locations.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise or regional safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional safety strategy to reduce SIF/pSIF risks.
• Administer safety programs across distribution centers.
• Partner with regional directors and site leaders to embed safety in operations.
• Lead complex incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and inform leadership.
• Travel 25%–50% to field sites.
• Promote a culture of learning, engagement and accountability.
• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
