Job summary

International Dairy Queen, Inc. (IDQ) seeks a seasoned Supply Chain leader to supervise the U.S. distributor network, ensuring timely delivery, product availability, and cost-competitive service for Dairy Queen franchisees.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance, operational support, and collaboration with Franchisees, Product Development, and FSQR to drive improvements. Hybrid work from MN with travel to markets as needed.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5–7 years of prior supply chain and/or store operations experience; foodservice distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Foodservice Industry and Supply Chain Management.
• Must be able to travel to distributors and distributors' markets about 15 days per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Lead Distributor performance, planning, and execution for the U.S. region.
• Direct profitable growth of products and services to franchisees.
• Identify supply chain savings and opportunities; work with Franchisees and ADQ personnel to implement improvements.
• Review distribution and inventory metrics; manage relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
