Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in restaurant operations, franchising, or analytics.
• Experience working with vendors, service providers, external partners, or cross-functional support teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or programs with defined scope, timelines, risks, and success measures.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage International Operations support programs, tools, and vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with franchisees, regional teams, and partners to standardize operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and pilot new programs.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries for leadership.
