Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI) seeks a field-based supervisor to manage electrical construction on transmission and substation projects from the site office. Emphasis on safety, schedule, budget, labor relations, and quality compliance. Candidates should reside in Texas, New Mexico, or Nevada.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, coordinating procurement and manpower, maintaining logs, and verifying drawings. Travel to project sites is required; valid U.S. work authorization is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in line, substation, or collection system construction.
• Background in construction required.
• Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician certification preferred.
• Experience with regulated utility and renewable energy clients; MS Office, Outlook, Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site electrical construction activities from the site field office.
• Ensure safety is the top priority across all activities.
• Manage schedule: procurement, change orders, scope changes, and methods.
• Coordinate equipment and personnel; maintain change logs and receiving reports.
• Check drawings; ensure crews have the most updated drawings in the field.
