Job summary

New River Electrical Corporation seeks a Regional Manager – EPC Project Management to lead regional EPC efforts across substations, transmission, and energy storage. You will head project teams, shape portfolios, and drive efficient execution for multi-million dollar programs in the US.

You will shape tools, processes, and strategies for EPC service growth, bid/no-go decisions, and vendor management, with a focus on safety, governance, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering or related field; 12+ years in industry, incl. 5+ years as PM.
• Experience leading EPC projects in the utility/power sector preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development能力.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and structure EPC PM teams for the region; supervise project managers.
• Oversee budgets, cost centers, and safety/QA/QC programs.
• Lead bidding, pricing, and proposal development with Estimating/Procurement.
• Manage regional portfolio P&L and reporting to executives.
• Ensure on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and permit compliance.
