Job summary
New River Electrical Corporation seeks a Regional Manager – EPC Project Management to lead the EPC services portfolio in the United States. You will oversee project management teams, staffing, budgets, and client relations for substations, transmission, distribution, and energy storage projects.
Responsibilities include bidding strategy, contract management, risk mitigation, safety oversight, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while developing tools and processes to grow EPC capabilities
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in engineering or related field with substantial experience in EPC project management.
- Strong leadership skills with track record of supervising and developing teams.
- Extensive experience in substation, transmission, and energy storage EPC projects.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and structure EPC PM teams for the region and mentor project managers.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profit center administration.
- Lead bids, contracts management, and risk assessment for EPC projects.
- Ensure on-time, safe, and within-budget delivery across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with procurement, estimating, and contracts to optimize execution.
