Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead regional EPC transmission and distribution projects, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and drive profitability.

You will guide field operations, support business development, and mentor project leaders across a geographically dispersed region. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transmission, distribution, substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Proven success managing large-scale transmission and distribution projects, programs, and regional portfolios.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional leadership for transmission and distribution EPC and construction projects.
• Manage regional programs and project portfolios to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Forecast regional resource requirements based on current and projected workloads; visit project sites regularly.
• Directly manage projects and mentor Project Managers and Superintendents as needed.
• Partner with GM and VP to grow the region and support strategic initiatives.
