Michels Power, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead regional EPC projects and programs from pursuit through completion. You will secure resources, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and ensure profitable delivery across the region.

The role requires leadership of regional operations, coordination with field teams, and collaboration with senior leadership to drive growth and client satisfaction across transmission, substation, and distribution markets.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in transmission, distribution, substation construction, EPC delivery, or power infrastructure operations.
• Proven success managing large-scale transmission and distribution projects, programs, and regional portfolios.
• Strong understanding of transmission line construction, distribution system construction, substation integration, project sequencing, and risk management.

• Provide leadership and oversight for transmission and distribution EPC and construction projects, including transmission lines, substations, distribution system improvements, grid modernization initiatives, renewable energy interconnections, BESS facilities, and storm restoration programs.
