Job summary

SIS is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for submersible pump sales. The role covers New Haven, CT, and a 75% travel Great Lakes region footprint, with a hunter sales focus and opportunity to grow municipal/industrial pump markets.

You will manage channel partners, develop strategies, and pursue new business with uncapped commissions and a base plus bonus structure. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience in pumps/related markets is valuable.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter sales profile driving new business and growth.
• Outside sales experience in pumps or distributor management helpful.
• Experience with municipal/industrial pump markets and slurry controls.
• Knowledge of submersible pumps and electrical control panels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies to grow sales in the assigned territory.
• Manage current channel partners and build long-term revenue relationships.
• Identify and engage new channel partners; leverage market data to win business.
• Travel frequently within Great Lakes region; attend trade shows and HQ visits.
