Job summary

Our client in the fluid-handling equipment industry seeks a New England Regional Manager to lead and grow a regional sales team. You will own the territory generating substantial annual revenue and coordinate with field reps, inside sales, and technical support to maximize growth.

The role requires proven sales leadership in pumps or related equipment, travel within New England about 50%, and strong planning, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience in pumps or fluid handling.
• 2+ years of experience managing a sales team with direct-report responsibility.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel ~50% (mostly within New England).

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales planning and strategy to grow the New England territory.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 sales reps, 1 inside sales rep, and 1 technical support professional.
• Track KPIs, goals, territory performance, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Travel with sales reps to strengthen customer relationships and advance key accounts.
• Guide prospecting efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Support product management and quarterly planning.
• Participate in trade shows and customer visits to drive growth.
• Collaborate with CT office in person ~8–10 times per year.
