Job summary

SLT Group is seeking a Director of Studio Operations to lead performance and operational excellence across our studio portfolio in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. You will oversee Studio Managers and Front Desk Staff, setting the standard for daily operations while developing leaders for the next growth phase.

Reporting to the COO, you will own regional studio performance, drive client acquisition and retention, and partner with Marketing and Training to expand SLT's presence across

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience in multi-unit fitness, wellness, hospitality, or multi-unit retail.
Proven ability to build and hold accountable a team of managers.
Self-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of SLT studios through Studio Managers.
Establish operational standards, expectations, and accountability across studios.
Partner with Studio Managers to drive revenue growth, client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
Review performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve results.
Maintain consistent SLT procedures, brand standards, and customer experience.
