Job summary

SLT is seeking a Director of Studio Operations to lead performance and operational excellence across our NY/NJ/CT studio portfolio. You’ll oversee Studio Managers and Front Desk Staff, set standards, and drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention at scale.

You’ll report to the COO, build a high-performing management team, partner with Marketing and Training, and expand SLT’s presence in the region through disciplined operations and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in multi-unit fitness, wellness, hospitality, or multi-unit retail.
• Proven ability to develop and hold accountable a team of managers.
• Self-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between NY/NJ/CT studios.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio via Studio Managers and ensure performance.
• Establish clear standards and accountability across all studios.
• Drive revenue growth, class utilization, client acquisition, retention, and profitability.
• Review performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Ensure consistent execution of operating procedures and guest experience across locations.
