Stretch Zone in Massachusetts is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the Westborough and West Boylston studios, leading high-performing teams, driving membership and revenue growth, and ensuring every member experiences the life-changing benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching.

This hands-on leadership role requires an owner mentality, coaching from the front, and helping grow both studios to $50,000+ in monthly gross revenue per location.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple studio locations.
• Strong sales background with proven success.
• Experience leading teams and holding people accountable.
• Ability to manage revenue, sales goals, expenses, labor, and performance metrics.
• Ability to understand KPI trends, P&L performance, and budget variances.
• Experience developing and executing business-growth plans.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, service, and helping others succeed.
• Fitness, wellness, franchise, boutique studio, retail, or membership-based business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Westborough and West Boylston studios.
• Drive revenue growth, membership growth, retention, and profitability.
• Lead studios toward $50,000+ in monthly gross revenue per location.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics.
• Coach staff on sales performance.
• Improve demo close rate, follow-up, and member conversions.
• Monitor staffing and productivity.
• Track labor utilization and time clocks.
• Ensure reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Develop weekly meeting schedules with action plans.
