Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee Westborough and West Boylston studios, lead high-performing teams, and drive membership and revenue growth. You’ll mentor staff, manage daily operations, and ensure a consistent member experience while scaling performance toward $50,000+ monthly gross revenue per studio.

You’ll review KPIs, coach associates and practitioners, and partner with leadership to implement growth strategies, training, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with proven success.
• Experience leading teams and holding people accountable.
• Ability to manage revenue, sales goals, expenses, labor, and performance metrics.
• Understanding KPI trends, P&L performance, and budget variances.
• Experience developing and executing business-growth plans.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, service, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Westborough and West Boylston studios.
• Drive revenue growth, membership growth, retention, and profitability.
• Lead studios toward $50,000+ in monthly gross revenue per location.
• Review KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Coach staff on sales performance and customer experience.
• Build and develop a strong team and maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with corporate on initiatives and best practices.
