Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Regional Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and sales for our student housing portfolio. You will drive sales strategies, analyze market trends, train teams, and collaborate with on-site staff to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

The role requires traveling 40-50% (about 2 weeks per month) and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends. Based near a major US airport, relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three or more years of progressive leasing experience in student housing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate market trends and adjust strategies with Marketing.
• Coordinate and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rents.
• Provide regular leasing training and share industry information with on-site teams.
• Ensure follow-up, reporting, audits, and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with Regional Property Managers during leasing season planning.
