Job summary

You will collaborate with Corporate Operational and Marketing teams to set leasing goals and develop strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least one year of experience in student housing.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management: lead leasing efforts to meet budgets and occupancy goals.
• Audit lease files to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Deal with resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and communications.
• Mentor staff on leasing and marketing skills and concepts.
• Maintain knowledge of property, market conditions and competition.

Education
