Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Business Operations Analyst (Defensive Line) to provide strategic analysis and manage high‑impact regional projects. You will develop KPI dashboards, assess resource use, and coordinate with executives to align deliverables and plan for growth.

You will drive business process improvements, build scorecards, and lead projects end‑to‑end, partnering with leaders across departments to influence strategy and outcomes in the Seattle region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Understanding of P&L, business drivers and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve KPI tracking and dashboards for regional leadership.
• Evaluate resource utilization and propose efficiency improvements.
• Lead projects from proposal through budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with executives across functions to address opportunities and drive strategy.
• Develop scorecards, trackers, and reports to monitor regional performance.
• Support regional leadership in talent planning and capacity management.
