Tuff Shed, Inc. seeks a Regional Director to lead the Northeast region’s Stores, Selling Centers, and Cross Dock locations.

You will develop business, financial, and operational plans, drive growth, and ensure profitability across multiple markets while aligning with corporate standards. You will mentor District/General Managers, manage budgets, safety, and regulatory compliance, and partner with sales leadership to achieve regional sales goals.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead multiple stores and regional teams.
• Experience developing and managing budgets and forecasts.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Directs DMs/GMs to maximize regional efficiency and profitability.
• Evaluates store operations and reports findings to COO.
• Assists in annual operational budgeting and forecasting.
• Addresses employee issues with NSC, Regional and Store staff.
• Ensures OSHA compliance and safety meetings are conducted.
• Verifies DOT compliance and proper vehicle maintenance where applicable.
• Ensures displays meet corporate standards and are refreshed as needed.
• Communicates advertising effectiveness and regional performance to NSC leadership.
• Negotiates with vendors and commercial accounts to support sales goals.
• Leads regional sales goals for Tuff Shed and related products with leadership teams.
