Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a District Factory Manager to lead its factory store operations across a district, reporting to the Regional VP.

The role encompasses operations, production, installation, customer service, scheduling, safety, HR, and accounting to ensure profitable performance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of management and sales experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of management and sales knowledge.
• Experience in a General Manager capacity or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills with employees and stakeholders.
• DOT, OSHA, and employment law knowledge is highly preferred.
• Solid computer skills and CRM software experience (Oracle, JDE, Onyx, Salesforce.com or similar).

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage operations, production, installation, customer service, scheduling, safety, HR, and accounting for the district.
• Review and analyze P&L statements and costs to improve profitability and control budgets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage production teammates; ensure inventory accuracy and building quality.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to drive market growth and implement strategic plans.
