Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director based in the Northeast to oversee Stores, Selling Center locations and Cross Dock operations, driving growth, profitability, and market share.

Travel across the region is expected with locations including Detroit, Cleveland, Baltimore, Richmond, Delaware, Fairfield NJ, Long Island, and Cincinnati/Rochester. The role emphasizes budgeting, safety compliance, vendor relations, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4 years’ experience in construction management, business, marketing, or management.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Experience leading managers and overseeing multiple locations is strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales or managing a sales team is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directs DMs/GMs to achieve maximum operational efficiency and profitability.
• Evaluate store operations and provide feedback to leadership.
• Assist in annual operational budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety programs.
• Ensure regional DOT regulations are followed and fleet maintenance.
• Lead regional leadership, develop talent, and conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate region performance to NSC leadership.
• Negotiate with vendors and commercial accounts.
• Achieve sales goals for retail and Home Depot channels.
