Job summary

Swig is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple Swig locations across the district. You will ensure stores run efficiently, follow our policies, and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

You’ll manage schedules, inventory, and bi-weekly store visits while driving cost improvements, staffing solutions, and KPI reporting. A growth‑minded leader with strong communication will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail orientation and accuracy in store operations.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Collaborative approach to guiding multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly schedule approvals for all stores.
• Maintain store inventory levels per pars to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Visit stores bi-weekly and conduct monthly evaluations for standards compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Swig policies and procedures across locations.
• Supervise store financials and input KPI data for reports.
• Lead monthly one-on-ones with GMs and support operational goals.
• Assist with staffing across locations and resolve staffing challenges.
• Set weekly goals for store leadership and ensure alignment.
