Job summary

Swig is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Katy, TX area, ensuring performance, policy adherence, and a high-quality customer experience. Lead busy restaurant teams and drive operational excellence.

You will approve schedules, manage inventory, visit stores bi-weekly and conduct monthly evaluations, coach General Managers, and drive labor and food-cost improvements. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential, with 18+ and a food handler's permit required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food handler's permit required.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Approve weekly schedules and manager time off requests.
• Maintain store inventory levels per pars to prevent shortages or excess.
• Visit stores bi-weekly and perform monthly evaluations for Swig standards.
• Ensure all stores follow Swig policies and procedures.
• Supervise store financials and input KPI-related data.
• Hold monthly one-on-ones with GMs and provide training and motivation.
• Assist management with staffing across locations and resolve challenges.
• Provide weekly goals and objectives to store leadership.
• Support upper management with day-to-day needs.
