Monumental Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Regional Sales in Washington, DC. This role focuses on generating maximum revenue from Wizards full season memberships, partial season plans, and group tickets, leveraging bold telemarketing, face-to-face presentations, and email communications to build a strong customer base.

The successful candidate will be a top revenue generator with passion for sports, capable of meeting sales targets, and adaptable to work evenings, weekends, and game

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of ticket sales experience with a pro or college sports team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently prioritize workload while maintaining professional relationships.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Sell Wizards ticket plans to businesses and individuals via telemarketing, face-to-face presentations and email.
• Develop new sales opportunities using dedicated tactics.
• Call on self-generated leads and provided lists to build prospects.
• Handle inbound sales calls from prospective customers.
• Establish professional relationships and create repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales goals; maintain CRM records.
• Work home games to develop prospects and service customers.
• Attend B2B events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
