Job summary

Playfly Sports is seeking a Revenue Generation Associate to drive ticket sales for Washington State University in Pullman, WA. The role centers on outbound calls, venue tours, and face-to-face appointments to convert fans into season tickets, upgrades, and group options.

You will maintain CRM records, travel to games as needed, and collaborate with leadership to meet weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticket sales is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
• Desire to grow a career in the sports ticket sales industry or collegiate athletics.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine desire to help people.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills.
• Ability to remain focused on sales goals, work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to encourage collaboration, flexibility, equity, and inclusion that enables colleagues to contribute to their full potential, feel valued, and supported.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls and service inbound calls for all ticketed sports.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service.
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects and customers within Ticketing/CRM database.
• Work home games, performing various ticket sales and service duties as assigned and agreed upon with leadership.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person appointments and networking events to sell season tickets, corporate, partial plans, and group ticket plans.
• Execute outbound calls and face-to-face appointments daily.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership Team.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
