Job summary

JLL is seeking a sourcing professional to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients across the U.S. You will influence supplier relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver value through market analysis and program management.

The role requires 3+ years in strategic sourcing, strong communication and leadership capabilities, and the ability to work in a remote, national setting. Compensation aligns with market for the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Project management and business transitions experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Drive regional and national programs with Operations teams to deliver client benefits.
• Perform market trend analysis and report insights to Supply Chain and stakeholders.
• Support and manage RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes with internal/external teams.
