Job summary

JLL is hiring for a sourcing and supplier management role that supports Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients. You will analyze markets, lead program initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to drive benefits for the client.
• Conduct periodic market trend analyses and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional and national programs and ensure timely delivery.
• Support supplier performance reviews and relationship programs.
• Assist in RFP/bid processes and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, risk management and ethics.
