SOLV Energy is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects. This remote role travels regularly to project sites in the Southwest region to train field teams, perform audits, and conduct inspections.

You will implement quality plans, monitor compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solar quality management, strong technical knowledge, and experience with quality systems and audits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar or renewable energy.
• Certifications such as ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or PMP are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field stated as desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS and contract requirements.
• Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and AHJ requirements.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and evaluation of materials, components, and processes in PV projects.
• Provide training on QA practices and SOLV SOPs to project teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients on quality issues.
• Document findings and prepare management and client reports.
• Perform frequent audits on documentation, processes, and vendor performance.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis using 5-Why or 8D methods and implement CAPAs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure adherence to guidelines.
