ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health is seeking a Regional Manager to lead solar O&M operations in the region. You will guide a team of field technicians, ensure safety and quality, and manage service obligations while coordinating emergency response and on-call coverage.

You will oversee work orders, maintenance planning, and resource allocation, and participate in hiring and training to maintain technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in utility solar PV.
• 3+ years in service or project management.

Aufgaben

• Lead a group of 6-10 field technicians and promote safety/quality.
• Ensure on-time service obligations and customer service.
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call rotation.
• Create, schedule, and approve work orders daily.
• Plan preventative maintenance and field task prep.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation.
• Assist with field technician hiring and performance assessment.
