Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Regional Manager to lead CSS operations and maintenance of solar facilities in the region, ensuring safe and timely completion of service obligations across the portfolio.

The role manages 6–10 field technicians, oversees training, subcontractors, and on-call coverage, and coordinates work orders, preventive maintenance, and budget adherence to deliver high quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in utility solar PV.
• 3 years of service or project-oriented management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a group of 6–10 field technicians, promoting safety and quality.
• Ensure on-time service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate emergency response and on-call rotation.
• Create, schedule, review, and approve daily work orders.
• Plan preventative maintenance including electrical and vegetation tasks.
• Prepare technicians with tools, training, and safety-first approach.
• Oversee subcontractors and manage regional budget.
• Assist with hiring and resource allocation.
• Review hours and manage field resources weekly.
