Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services District Manager to assist the Field Operations Manager across multiple districts. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and overall site operations for solar, battery storage, and substation projects.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team, and drive performance through planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting while ensuring cost-effective solutions and high-quality service for customers across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• College degree in related Management field preferred.
• 5+ years as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
• Strong leadership/management/communication skills.
• Strong organizational/prioritizing skills.
• Ability to make significant independent judgments.
• 30% travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Regional and Level 4 Leads to ensure project tasks are on schedule and of the highest quality.
• Assist Regional and Level 4 Leads to develop detailed forecasting of operational activities for various equipment.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Improve customer service and operational processes with BI reporting.
