Job summary

TotalEnergies Renewables USA, LLC is seeking a Regional Solar Site Field Lead to manage utility-scale solar farms in the Ohio region. The role emphasizes safety, operations, and contractor oversight to ensure high-performance and reliability of assets.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in solar O&M and 3+ years of supervisory experience, with HV/LV electrical knowledge and inverter certifications. This on-site position requires travel among regional sites and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or related technical field and 5 years of industry experience.
• Supervisory experience in solar O&M is required.
• HV substation knowledge and PV tech experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for multiple utility-scale solar sites in the Ohio region.
• Manage and support O&M contractors and equipment vendors, ensuring contract compliance.
• Provide equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain positive relationships with landowners, suppliers, customers, and authorities.
• Contribute to the development of internal operating policies, standards and procedures.
• Lead the on-site team with strong communication and reporting to executive levels.
