Job summary

Palmetto Solar, LLC is seeking a Manager of Service Operations in Charlotte, NC. You will lead post-installation service coordination, overseeing intake, scheduling, site visits, and invoicing.

The role manages a team of coordinators and a service partner ecosystem to ensure high quality, timely execution and cost control. You will work closely with Product, Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Asset Management to design scalable workflows, improve CSAT, and optimize partner performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading operational teams with KPI ownership and results.
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Field Ops to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the service coordination operation from intake through scheduling and invoicing.
• Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Service Project Coordinators.
• Drive performance against site visit timelines, SLA adherence, and cost of service.
• Oversee partner onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Define and improve service workflows, SOPs, and cross-functional processes.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on system requirements and automation.
