Job summary

Clarinton Nursing Centers is seeking a Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work to lead social services across our facilities. This full-time role focuses on driving clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, and ensuring policy implementation in accordance with regulations.

The position provides ongoing consultation with facilities, oversees compliance with state and federal laws, and may serve as Interim Director of Social Services as needed. Travel to Texas facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (Preferred).
• Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical outcomes and mentor staff.
• Assess and evaluate Social Services across facilities in Texas.
• Provide routine consultation to assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May serve as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Full Job Description
