Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work to lead clinical outcomes and mentor staff across Texas facilities. This role ensures adherence to corporate policies and regulatory requirements while driving quality improvement and service excellence.

The position requires evaluating Social Services departments, providing routine consults, and may serve as interim director on short-term assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring clinical staff and leading teams preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical outcomes and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of social services regulations and compliance.
