Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work to drive clinical outcomes, mentor staff, and implement corporate policies across our facilities in Texas. This senior role may also serve as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.

Ideal candidates hold aMaster’s degree in social work and have 1+ year of leadership experience in long-term care settings, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and routine consultation with facilities.

Qualifications

• Corporate / Regional Director of Social Work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Master’s degree in social work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, implementing corporate policies & procedures.
• Assess & evaluate the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
• Provide routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Other duties as assigned
