Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Director of Social Work to oversee clinical outcomes and mentor staff across multiple facilities. You will assess Social Services operations, provide consultation, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work (Preferred).
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care (Preferred).
• Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work experience (Preferred).

Full Job Description

• Responsible for driving clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, implementing corporate policies & procedures.
• Assess & evaluate the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
• Provide routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Corporate / Regional Director of Social Work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Master’s degree in social work (Preferred)
