Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work to drive clinical outcomes, mentor staff, and implement corporate policies across facilities in Texas.

The role requires 1 year in social work leadership and a Master’s in social work preferred; duties include assessing Social Services, consulting with facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and potential interim leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience as Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work preferred.
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Master's degree in social work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Driving clinical outcomes; mentoring staff; implementing corporate policies and procedures.
• Assessing and evaluating the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
• Providing routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Other duties as assigned
