Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in the United States seeks a Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work to drive clinical outcomes, mentor staff, and implement corporate policies across our facilities. The position requires a Master’s degree in social work (preferred) and a social work license; experience in long-term care is preferred.

You will assess Social Services departments and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Travel to facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Corporate / Regional Director of Social Work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Work License required.

• Responsible for driving clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, implementing corporate policies & procedures.
• Assess & evaluate the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
• Provide routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Other duties as assigned
