Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks an experienced Director of Social Services to oversee clinical outcomes, mentor staff, and implement corporate policies across our long-term care facilities.

This role ensures compliance with state and federal laws, provides consultations to facilities, and may serve as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis. Location in Kansas City, MO; full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Corporate/Regional Director of Social Work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Long Term Care: 1 year (Preferred)
• Master’s degree in social work (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving clinical outcomes, mentoring staff, implementing corporate policies & procedures.
• Assess & evaluate the Social Services departments in our facilities throughout Texas.
• Provide routine consultation services to the assigned facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• May occasionally be assigned as Interim Director of Social Services on a short-term basis.
• Other duties as assigned
