Job summary

Centers Health Care in Upstate New York seeks an experienced Regional Finance Coordinator to oversee the financial operations for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities, driving strong financial performance. The role requires SNF experience, Medicare/Medicaid know-how, and the ability to travel regularly across Upstate NY.

You will partner with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and facility leadership to optimize revenue, costs, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Partner with Administrators, DONs, and leadership to improve outcomes.
• Monitor revenue cycle including billing, collections, and reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
• Identify financial risks and develop action plans.
• Provide coaching to Business Office Managers and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and an effective leader who can drive strong financial performance.

Must have SNF experience.

Must be able to travel throughout Upstate New York.

• High comfort level working with executive and facility leadership teams

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop action plans accordingly
• Provide coaching and financial education to Business Office Managers and facility leadership
