Vineland Healthcare is seeking a Regional Finance Coordinator/Regional Medicaid Coordinator to lead financial operations for our skilled nursing facilities across New Jersey. The role focuses on maximizing financial performance, guiding facility leadership, and ensuring compliant revenue cycles.

You will partner with Administrators and Directors of Nursing to drive performance and provide financial education.

Qualifikationen

• Experience overseeing financial performance across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and SNF reimbursement models.
• High comfort level working with executive and facility leadership teams.
• Must be analytical, detailed, and organized.
• Ability to travel regular throughout New Jersey.
• Good communication skills.
