Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a diligent Site Manager to oversee regional field offices and contracts across San Antonio, McAllen, El Paso, and Phoenix. The role requires coordinating administrative, technical, and financial program aspects and ensuring quality control throughout the site operations.

The Site Manager will enforce contract changes, monitor compliance, and lead weekly supervisor meetings while managing staffing, overtime, and reporting to leadership. Travel within the US is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; or an associate degree with two+ years relevant experience.
• Two years or more of field-related experience such as law, social work, detention, or similar area.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory experience applicable to the goals of this program.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enforce program changes and disseminate guidance to personnel.
• Ensure contract and policy compliance across all offices.
• Implements, monitors, and ensures the effectiveness of the quality control plan and training programs.
• Maintain a consistent level of communication with all employees, other departments, executive management.
• Conduct weekly meetings with supervisors to ensure adherence to processes and address field concerns.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing while maintaining flexibility for project demands.
• Monitor staff utilization and overtime; approve time sheets and leave requests.
• Conduct interviews for site positions and participate in new hire trainings.
• Provide reports to executive management and assist with policy development.
