Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager for regional operations to oversee administrative, technical, operational and financial aspects of the program. You will implement workflows, training, and performance metrics while ensuring contract adherence and quality control.

The role requires coordinating staffing, schedules, timekeeping, and leave for field teams, with regular reporting to management and collaboration with site supervisors and partners. Travel across the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; or an associate degree with two+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory and program management experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate with executives, and travel frequently within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, technical, operational, contractual, and financial components of the program.
• Implement and monitor quality control and training programs; ensure contract compliance.
• Manage staffing, schedules, overtime, leave, and field operations across multiple sites.
• Prepare evaluations, coaching, corrective action, and salary recommendations for site staff.
• Provide regular reports to executive management and coordinate with stakeholders.
