Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee regional offices under a contract, ensuring compliance, quality control, and fiscal accountability. The role drives governance, staffing, and process adherence across multiple sites in a 24/7 operation.

The position demands strong leadership, heavy coordination across departments, and occasional travel to field offices. A bachelor’s degree and relevant supervisory experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative with two additional years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• Demonstrated management and supervisory experience appropriate for a program environment.
• Ability to foster relationships with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage technology to manage contract requirements and improve complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative, technical, operational, contractual, and financial components of the program.
• Ensure compliance with contract policies and applicable laws; monitor quality control plans.
• Schedule management, staffing oversight, and overtime control across sites.
• Conduct site visits, evaluations, and coaching of site supervisors; implement corrective actions.
• Manage and review weekly schedules and labor hours; process leave requests and reports.
• Travel frequently between offices; communicate with executives and authorities as needed.
