Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Site Operations Manager in the United States to oversee regional offices and field teams. You will manage administrative, operational, and financial program components while ensuring compliance with contracts and quality standards.

You will lead training, SOP updates, and Power BI data monitoring, and coordinate scheduling, staffing, and travel while reporting to executives. A bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience is required, with willingness to travel and obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; substitution rules apply for relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of documented experience in law, social work, detention, or a similar field.
• Management and supervisory experience applicable to the program environment.
• Two years’ experience managing employees in a similar program environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a region and field offices; manage admin, technical, operational and financial components.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, laws, quality standards, training, and contractual requirements.
• Implement and monitor quality control plans and training programs; disseminate guidance.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, overtime, and travel; supervise field-site operations.
• Provide timely reports to Executive Management and manage project finances.
