Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Site Manager to direct company programs and ensure contract compliance with customers. The role includes planning schedules, coordinating personnel, and promoting services to grow market share.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Some weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field; 2–5 years of experience.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Ability to manage time and coordinate projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Maintain budgets, forecasts, and cost-related data.
• Coordinate program specifications, proposals, and contracts.
• Communicate with customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Ensure site meets budget goals and compliance.
• Oversee hiring, training, and supervision of staff.
