Job summary

MVM, Inc. is seeking a Field Site Supervisor to oversee field teams across designated regions, including Phoenix, AZ, and other locations. The role focuses on enforcing contracts, safety, and quality control while coordinating staffing and field operations.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel frequently. This mission-critical position requires flexibility to support a 24/7/365 operation and interact with multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternative with two years extra relevant experience allowed.
• Minimum two years of field-related experience; supervision experience preferred.
• Must be reachable by mobile phone 24/7/365; travel to multiple offices is frequent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned employees in a designated region or field offices.
• Ensure compliance with contract, policies, and quality control plans.
• Manage schedules weekly and coordinate staffing across sites.
• Provide coaching and corrective action when needed; escalate to Site Manager.
• Monitor field operations and safety standards; report issues to Site Manager.
