Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a Regional Showroom Manager to lead showroom sales teams across the region, driving performance and delivering a best‑in‑class client experience for designers, architects, builders, and homeowners.

You will coach showroom leaders, implement regional sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure brand standards and growth targets are met. Requires flexibility for a highly dynamic market and travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail or design showrooms.
• Strong understanding of lighting or premium design-focused products is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales, coaching teams, and managing multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee showroom sales teams across the region as directed by the Regional Sales Director.
• Coach managers, monitor showroom readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Execute regional sales strategies with a focus on trade and retail customers.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Operations to support regional initiatives.
