Qualifications
- 3+ years in luxury showroom management or luxury home furnishings sales.
- Experience with interior design, custom lighting, or high-end products.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong leadership, organization and follow-up skills.
- Proficient with point-of-sale systems and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead showroom team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff; oversee daily showroom operations.
- Maintain premium product presentation and visual standards.
- Analyze sales data and report performance monthly.
- Coordinate events and local market activities with marketing.
